Overall, my wide and I are very pleased with the new doors and I am now getting used to the colour and textural differences between the door and surround, particularly inside. It has transformed the front of our house and we appreciate the initial advice given by Adrian and the workmanship of Lee and latterly Chris.

The salesman (Ash) was very helpful, knowledgable and tolerant of my attempt to strike a deal! The estimator (Matt) was friendly, quick and efficient. The workers (Wayne & Gary) were absolute diamonds! They arrived early, put in a good day’s work in the most efficient, knowledgeable and well-informed way. Most helpful and would recommend Windows Plus to others (we already have!).

Wayne was really 1st class. It was quite a tricky little window, he explained it all to me and he made it look really quite something. He was polite and helpful, and took pride in his work. I have more work needed later and hope that he can do this!

The company provides a very comprehensive service, from the initial visit by Adrian, through to the installation by Lee and Wayne. Communication is excellent. The products are of very good quality. Very pleased with the installation. We had a couple of issues i.e window board, lock on kitchen window not working, but everything was sorted out very quickly. The fitters were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them – they are a great team. I just wanted to say what a brilliant service you provided for me. Chris came and dismantled my window to check what was needed and attached temporary catches to secure them. He then returned a few days later with the necessary parts and did the complete repair on Monday. He was very efficient and professional and did a great job.
