Couldn’t be happier – new door. To Matthew Jones and all at Windows Plus. It is just over a week now since your company put in my patio door, and I want you to know I just couldn’t be happier with it. I thank everyone in the company as I know there will be people I didn’t speak to who helped in all the work that was involved. I wont forget you all, every time I open the door I think how lucky I am.

I spoke to Anglian Windows, Everest and Windows Plus UK (last!) and I am very pleased I took the advise I read online to go with a local company. I don’t have enough time to describe the whole process (which took several months), but long story short – Windows Plus were better by miles! The sales process was honest, informed and short (Everest’s salesperson was in my house for 4 hours!). I told Adrian what I was looking to achieve and he nailed it within 20 mins. The windows were ready to install a week later. The quality is great and the fitters were polite, tidy and quick. Not only this, but Windows Plus was literally half the price of Anglian and Everest. I’ll be asking Windows Plus back in due course for some follow up work. Thanks!

My wife and myself were impressed by the standard of workmanship, in particular the care with which your employees, Gary and Wayne, went about their tasks when newly windowing our house. Who said the British artisan had lost his measure! Our best wishes to your diligent workforce and to you as a company. Finn, our dog, was equally impressed. We are delighted with the supply and fit of our French doors and side panels. Installed in half a day, excellent preparation and installation, site left clean & tidy. The salesman (Ash) was very helpful, knowledgable and tolerant of my attempt to strike a deal! The estimator (Matt) was friendly, quick and efficient. The workers (Wayne & Gary) were absolute diamonds! They arrived early, put in a good day’s work in the most efficient, knowledgeable and well-informed way. Most helpful and would recommend Windows Plus to others (we already have!).

Our fitter went out of his way to ensure that he made no mess in the house. We were expecting to do some painting /decorating around the windows after the re-fit but the job was so neat that we only have a little painting to do for the bay window. (There was nothing that could have been done to fit the bay window without disturbing some paint.) Thank you.

FRIDAY 6th SEPT. DOOR FITTED. On the above date you supplied and fitted a back door for us. We would just like to say we are very pleased with the door, and have used the top part frequently to let in air and stop our little dog getting out, thus achieving the goal. We would also like to say thank you to Lee, (hope we have his name correct). He did a first class and very professional job, and on top of that was a very nice friendly person, and the dog liked him, which if you knew her, is a very big deal. She is very choosy! So please thank him very much. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Windows Plus to anyone.

Just Great – New windows and doors I’ve just had Windows Plus install all new windows and doors in my house, and everything from start to finish has been first class. The estimator was brilliant, no hard sell, he listened to what I wanted and offered advice, wasn’t pushy at all. Gave me a very reasonable quote straight away, none of this haggling for 3 hours stuff! Survey and fitting followed without any fuss, everybody has been so friendly and professional, left everywhere tidy, hoovered up after themselves.
