Just Great – New windows and doors I’ve just had Windows Plus install all new windows and doors in my house, and everything from start to finish has been first class. The estimator was brilliant, no hard sell, he listened to what I wanted and offered advice, wasn’t pushy at all. Gave me a very reasonable quote straight away, none of this haggling for 3 hours stuff! Survey and fitting followed without any fuss, everybody has been so friendly and professional, left everywhere tidy, hoovered up after themselves. Windows and doors are fantastic, and guaranteed for 10 years. If you want buying new windows and doors to be an enjoyable experience, look no further than Windows Plus in Norwich.

We are delighted with the supply and fit of our French doors and side panels. Installed in half a day, excellent preparation and installation, site left clean & tidy. Very good product at a competitive price. Windows Plus will be my first point of call for any further double glazing we may need in the future.

We would like to thank you all so much for the excellent service you gave us in replacing our front door porch and side panels plus two windows. We never expected it to be done until nearer Christmas as agreed but it was a really pleasant surprise to receive a phone call last Friday to say they could be fitted Tuesday. We must praise Lee who did an excellent job and is a very friendly and helpful fitter and left our bungalow as clean as when he started. It all went so very smoothly. The company provides a very comprehensive service, from the initial visit by Adrian, through to the installation by Lee and Wayne. Communication is excellent. The products are of very good quality. Lee and Wayne worked very well as a team and the workmanship is to be commended. We are delighted with the results.

The salesman (Ash) was very helpful, knowledgable and tolerant of my attempt to strike a deal! The estimator (Matt) was friendly, quick and efficient.
