I just wanted to say what a brilliant service you provided for me. Chris came and dismantled my window to check what was needed and attached temporary catches to secure them. He then returned a few days later with the necessary parts and did the complete repair on Monday. He was very efficient and professional and did a great job. We would like to thank you all so much for the excellent service you gave us in replacing our front door porch and side panels plus two windows. We never expected it to be done until nearer Christmas as agreed but it was a really pleasant surprise to receive a phone call last Friday to say they could be fitted Tuesday. Wayne was really 1st class. It was quite a tricky little window, he explained it all to me and he made it look really quite something. He was polite and helpful, and took pride in his work. I have more work needed later and hope that he can do this!

Overall, my wide and I are very pleased with the new doors and I am now getting used to the colour and textural differences between the door and surround, particularly inside. It has transformed the front of our house and we appreciate the initial advice given by Adrian and the workmanship of Lee and latterly Chris.

I spoke to Anglian Windows, Everest and Windows Plus UK (last!) and I am very pleased I took the advise I read online to go with a local company. I don’t have enough time to describe the whole process (which took several months), but long story short – Windows Plus were better by miles! The sales process was honest, informed and short (Everest’s salesperson was in my house for 4 hours!). I told Adrian what I was looking to achieve and he nailed it within 20 mins. The windows were ready to install a week later. The quality is great and the fitters were polite, tidy and quick. Not only this, but Windows Plus was literally half the price of Anglian and Everest. I’ll be asking Windows Plus back in due course for some follow up work. Thanks!

My wife and myself were impressed by the standard of workmanship, in particular the care with which your employees, Gary and Wayne, went about their tasks when newly windowing our house.
