Very pleased with the installation. We had a couple of issues i.e window board, lock on kitchen window not working, but everything was sorted out very quickly. The fitters were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them – they are a great team. Would recommend Windows Plus to others and also choose Windows Plus for any other requirement for windows and doors.

The company provides a very comprehensive service, from the initial visit by Adrian, through to the installation by Lee and Wayne. Communication is excellent. The products are of very good quality. I just wanted to say what a brilliant service you provided for me. Chris came and dismantled my window to check what was needed and attached temporary catches to secure them. He then returned a few days later with the necessary parts and did the complete repair on Monday. He was very efficient and professional and did a great job. FRIDAY 6th SEPT. DOOR FITTED. On the above date you supplied and fitted a back door for us. We would just like to say we are very pleased with the door, and have used the top part frequently to let in air and stop our little dog getting out, thus achieving the goal. We would also like to say thank you to Lee, (hope we have his name correct). He did a first class and very professional job, and on top of that was a very nice friendly person, and the dog liked him, which if you knew her, is a very big deal. She is very choosy! Wayne was really 1st class. It was quite a tricky little window, he explained it all to me and he made it look really quite something. He was polite and helpful, and took pride in his work. I have more work needed later and hope that he can do this!

Just Great – New windows and doors I’ve just had Windows Plus install all new windows and doors in my house, and everything from start to finish has been first class. The estimator was brilliant, no hard sell, he listened to what I wanted and offered advice, wasn’t pushy at all. Gave me a very reasonable quote straight away, none of this haggling for 3 hours stuff! Survey and fitting followed without any fuss, everybody has been so friendly and professional, left everywhere tidy, hoovered up after themselves.
