Your Sales Representative, Adrian Metcalf, recently called upon us to examine our double glazing which he found to be in good condition. I am sure you will be pleased to know that we found him to be punctual, honest, well mannered, and the essence of politeness. A former Sales Representative myself, I know that unfortunately these qualities are not found in all sales staff. We were most impressed by Mr. Metcalf and would not hesitate to recommend your firm, as represented by him, to family, friends and colleagues.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the overall quality of service we received from your Company. It started with Adrian and subsequently followed up by the survey and then the installation. The two chaps that did the installation were punctual and very considerate. They both worked tirelessly and with good humour. On completion they cleaned up carefully. You came recommended in the first instant and we would most certainly recommend you without any hesitation. Please convey our appreciation to all concerned for such good service.

Just Great – New windows and doors I’ve just had Windows Plus install all new windows and doors in my house, and everything from start to finish has been first class. The estimator was brilliant, no hard sell, he listened to what I wanted and offered advice, wasn’t pushy at all. Gave me a very reasonable quote straight away, none of this haggling for 3 hours stuff! Survey and fitting followed without any fuss, everybody has been so friendly and professional, left everywhere tidy, hoovered up after themselves. Windows and doors are fantastic, and guaranteed for 10 years. If you want buying new windows and doors to be an enjoyable experience, look no further than Windows Plus in Norwich.

We would like to thank you all so much for the excellent service you gave us in replacing our front door porch and side panels plus two windows. We never expected it to be done until nearer Christmas as agreed but it was a really pleasant surprise to receive a phone call last Friday to say they could be fitted Tuesday. We must praise Lee who did an excellent job and is a very friendly and helpful fitter and left our bungalow as clean as when he started. It all went so very smoothly. We would not hesitate to recommend you to any of our friends in the future. Our very best wishes to you all.

FRIDAY 6th SEPT. DOOR FITTED. On the above date you supplied and fitted a back door for us. We would just like to say we are very pleased with the door, and have used the top part frequently to let in air and stop our little dog getting out, thus achieving the goal. We would also like to say thank you to Lee, (hope we have his name correct). He did a first class and very professional job, and on top of that was a very nice friendly person, and the dog liked him, which if you knew her, is a very big deal. She is very choosy! So please thank him very much. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Windows Plus to anyone.
