Location: Norwich
Our team was hired to upgrade an ageing set of wooden bifold doors at a residential property in Norwich. The existing doors had begun to warp, peel and lose efficiency, making them difficult to operate and less effective at insulating the home. Our client was looking to upgrade it to a modern, durable, and visually striking replacement that would improve both performance and aesthetics.
The Result
Our team supplied and installed a new aluminium bifold door system finished in contemporary Anthracite Grey. This upgrade improved not only the look of the property but most importantly its thermal performance. The new door is weather resistant, secure and offers effortless opening and closing. It adds a touch of modern aesthetic to the property’s exterior and seamlessly connects the indoor and outdoor spaces.
The Benefits
- Security – The new bifold doors offer improved protection and are much sturdier than the previous wooden doors.
- Contemporary Design – The anthracite grey colour matches the slate patio perfectly and adds a touch of modern elegance.
- Enhanced Energy Efficiency – The new door offers better insulation and contributes to a higher energy efficiency of the building.
- Minimal Maintenance – Unlike the old timber doors, the new aluminium doors need minimal maintenance.
