Very Pleased – New front door and replacement windows. Just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the new front door and replacement glass units that you ordered for us and the professional way in which they were fitted by your fitter. Thank you also for the time you and your colleagues spent getting the order right for us. We would not hesitate to visit and use your services again.

The salesman (Ash) was very helpful, knowledgable and tolerant of my attempt to strike a deal! The estimator (Matt) was friendly, quick and efficient. The workers (Wayne & Gary) were absolute diamonds! They arrived early, put in a good day’s work in the most efficient, knowledgeable and well-informed way. Most helpful and would recommend Windows Plus to others (we already have!).

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the overall quality of service we received from your Company. It started with Adrian and subsequently followed up by the survey and then the installation. The two chaps that did the installation were punctual and very considerate. They both worked tirelessly and with good humour. On completion they cleaned up carefully. An excellent job – the windows were in clay lump which made the work difficult to do without the disturbing the surround wall. He took great care not to spoil it and left the windows without any extra work or the clay lump.

I am very impressed with the quality of the work Lee has done in fitting my windows. He is a stickler for detail and made sure everything was finished to a very high standard. Overall, my wide and I are very pleased with the new doors and I am now getting used to the colour and textural differences between the door and surround, particularly inside. I just wanted to say what a brilliant service you provided for me. Chris came and dismantled my window to check what was needed and attached temporary catches to secure them. He then returned a few days later with the necessary parts and did the complete repair on Monday. He was very efficient and professional and did a great job.
