I am writing to thank you and your excellent fitters for the work recently completed at my home. I was rather apprehensive about the patio doors as they take up a very large area of glass. However, the fitters were excellent, they worked very hard and I was very impressed. Everyone turned up when they said they would and the whole job went well. My wife and myself were impressed by the standard of workmanship, in particular the care with which your employees, Gary and Wayne, went about their tasks when newly windowing our house. FRIDAY 6th SEPT. DOOR FITTED. On the above date you supplied and fitted a back door for us. We would just like to say we are very pleased with the door, and have used the top part frequently to let in air and stop our little dog getting out, thus achieving the goal. He did a first class and very professional job, and on top of that was a very nice friendly person, and the dog liked him, which if you knew her, is a very big deal. She is very choosy! Very pleased with the installation. We had a couple of issues i.e window board, lock on kitchen window not working, but everything was sorted out very quickly. The fitters were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them – they are a great team.
