I just wanted to say thank you for my new door and windows, the door especially looks lovely. I appreciate all Lee’s hard work in installing them, he made sure that everything was to my satisfaction and left everywhere clean and tidy. Please pass on my thanks to him. The whole process from my first phone call to the completion of the installation was straight forward and efficient. All the staff I have had contact with have been very helpful and informative, and each appointment was kept on time. Thank you also to the staff who worked behind the scenes to make this happen. This is the second time I have used Windows Plus and I cannot praise them enough for their work, I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Our fitter went out of his way to ensure that he made no mess in the house. We were expecting to do some painting /decorating around the windows after the re-fit but the job was so neat that we only have a little painting to do for the bay window. (There was nothing that could have been done to fit the bay window without disturbing some paint.) Thank you.

A few weeks ago we had the pleasure of Windows Plus Ltd visiting our home and providing us with a quotation to supply and fit French doors. Very reasonable, Lee and Wayne the installers arrived on time, explained how they were going to do the job and quickly began working. They were very conscious in keeping any dust/mess to a minimum. The finished result was excellent, and they hoovered/swept up any mess before they left. We would like to thank you all so much for the excellent service you gave us in replacing our front door porch and side panels plus two windows. We never expected it to be done until nearer Christmas as agreed but it was a really pleasant surprise to receive a phone call last Friday to say they could be fitted Tuesday. We must praise Lee who did an excellent job and is a very friendly and helpful fitter and left our bungalow as clean as when he started. It all went so very smoothly. An excellent job – the windows were in clay lump which made the work difficult to do without the disturbing the surround wall. He took great care not to spoil it and left the windows without any extra work or the clay lump.

Overall, my wide and I are very pleased with the new doors and I am now getting used to the colour and textural differences between the door and surround, particularly inside. It has transformed the front of our house and we appreciate the initial advice given by Adrian and the workmanship of Lee and latterly Chris.

Just Great – New windows and doors I’ve just had Windows Plus install all new windows and doors in my house, and everything from start to finish has been first class. The estimator was brilliant, no hard sell, he listened to what I wanted and offered advice, wasn’t pushy at all. Gave me a very reasonable quote straight away, none of this haggling for 3 hours stuff! Survey and fitting followed without any fuss, everybody has been so friendly and professional, left everywhere tidy, hoovered up after themselves. My wife and myself were impressed by the standard of workmanship, in particular the care with which your employees, Gary and Wayne, went about their tasks when newly windowing our house.
